Getting started

After completing your skin profile, tap Routines → Create new routine. Pick AM or PM, then add products in the order you use them. Pimpl will suggest products based on your skin type.

Weekly, in the same lighting and angle, for the cleanest comparison. The app will prompt you.

Yes, separate AM/PM, plus special routines (gym, travel, treatment-only).

Features & usage

Pimpl tracks changes in skin texture, tone, and clarity over time. Analysis runs on-device for privacy. Comparisons live in the Progress tab.

Yes. Premium users can export routines, photos, and progress reports as PDF.

Settings → Reminders. Set times for morning and evening; you can customize per-routine.

Account & privacy

Yes. Photos and personal info are stored on your device by default. Never sold. See the privacy policy for the full picture.

Settings → Account → Delete account. This is permanent and removes all your data.

Premium users can sync via iCloud. Settings → Sync & Backup.

Troubleshooting

Check that Pimpl has camera and photo-library permissions in your device Settings. Restart the app and update if available.

Verify notifications are enabled for Pimpl in device Settings, and that reminder times are set in-app.

Settings → Premium → Restore purchases. Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
