Getting Started

How do I create my first routine?

After completing your skin profile, tap "Routines" and select "Create New Routine". Choose morning or evening, then add products in the order you use them. Our AI will suggest products based on your skin type.

How often should I take progress photos?

We recommend taking photos weekly for the best tracking results. Try to use consistent lighting and angles for accurate comparisons.

Can I track multiple routines?

Yes! You can create separate morning and evening routines, as well as special routines for different needs (e.g., gym routine, travel routine).

Features & Usage

How does the AI photo analysis work?

Our AI analyzes your photos to track changes in skin texture, tone, and clarity over time. All analysis is done on-device for privacy, and you can view comparisons in your Progress tab.

Can I export my data?

Yes! Premium users can export their routine data, photos, and progress reports in PDF format.

How do I set up reminders?

Go to Settings > Reminders and set your preferred times for morning and evening routines. You can customize reminder times for each routine separately.

Account & Privacy

Is my data private?

Yes! Your photos and personal information are stored locally on your device. We never share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Note that this action is permanent and will remove all your data.

Can I sync across devices?

Premium users can sync their data across devices using iCloud. Enable this in Settings > Sync & Backup.

Troubleshooting

The app crashes when I take photos

Make sure Pimpl has camera and photo library permissions enabled in your device Settings. Try restarting the app and ensuring you have the latest version installed.

My reminders aren't working

Check that notifications are enabled for Pimpl in your device Settings. Also verify your reminder times are set correctly in the app.

I can't restore my purchase

Go to Settings > Premium > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
